OPERACION ESTETICA DE PARPÁDOS
Los ojos es quizás dentro de la cara lo que antes manifiesta el paso inexorable del tiempo. A ello contribuye nuestra habitual expresividad latina con nuestros gestos a veces excesivos. Aparecen así las “patas de gallo” y con frecuencia bolsas en los párpados heredadas (habría mejores herencias que esa) y visibles desde edades juveniles.

¿Qué es una blefaroplastia?
La corrección y remodelación de los párpados, y con ellos, de los ojos y su mirada estirando las “patas de gallo” o quitando las bolsas de los ojos que dan aspecto de llevar una vida disipada y falta de sueño a gente que, a menudo, es de lo más decente y duerme a pierna suelta toda la noche.

¿Cómo la hacen?
Con anestesia local, salvo deseo expreso de la persona, y con unas pequeñas cicatrices que quedan muy disimuladas en los pliegues de los párpados y debajo de las pestañas. A través de ellas quitamos la grasa de la bolsa (cuando sobra) y estiramos la piel.

¿Duele?
No, porque son dos pinchacitos y se suele añadir un tranquilizante antes de comenzar.

¿Y después?
Pues se marcha usted a su casa y allí se coloca durante un rato compresas de manzanilla helada para disminuir las moraduras de los ojos que son inevitables y que duran entre 5 y 7 días según cada persona. Unas gafas de sol son ideales para disimular las pero no ahuyentan a los preguntones del ¿pero que te ha pasado? Los 4 ó 5 puntitos se retiran en unos 5 días y a la semana se puede maquillar y pintarse para que no se le note.

¿Qué pasará cuando pase el tiempo?
Las bolsas no volverán porque esa grasa no vuelve a reproducirse pero me temo que las “patas de gallo” volverán -aunque no tan pronto como las golondrinas- pueden tardar 5, 6 u 8 años dependiendo de lo que las hizo aparecer antes, o sea, de lo expresiva y gesticuladora que sea usted.

¿Y el Botox?
Este material tan de moda hoy  tiene como inconveniente el de tener que repetir su inyección cada 4 ó 6 meses. Sin embargo utilizándolo bien, ajustando muy exactamente la dosis podemos conseguir unos buenos resultados en frente, entrecejo y patas de gallo.
